Our board consists of a voluntary group of well-respected professionals who are experts in youth issues and ready to respond to the plight of youths. They have been truly kind enough to offer PEP Africa access to their knowledge and skills. They also, and to ensures the supporters of PEP Africa that, their donations efficiently used by auditing and controlling all financial records and policies of the organization.
We are multi-cultural and racial team, providing operational support to the organizations core activities and programs. In each country office, PEP Africa is powered by 5 core staff in which 60% are female and 40% male. The daily operation of the office is managed by core staffs and field is animated by volunteers (support staffs). All the operations are overseen by the Director.
